PRESCHOOL JUNIOR GYM
JuniorGym is designed for our preschoolers to try independently, following the instruction of a coach around various circuits. Working towards our Badge Scheme.
For children aged 3-4 years old.
WHAT'S JUNIOR GYM?
FUN
All the apparatus in the gym is used to have fun whilst learning skills.
SKILLS
Gymnastic shapes and skills are taught and then encouraged to attempt independently.
CIRCUITS
Circuits are used to practice basic skills independently whilst coaches assist harder skills.
TECHNIQUE
Basic shapes and skills are taught on the floor and then practiced on different apparatus.

“As a parent and ex-gymnast I decided to volunteer as a coach at BGC. I started with girl’s general gymnastics and then became a men’s coach. I went on to become a Pre-School and Baby coach, and started our first ever Pre-School Parkour/Freestyle classes to combine the structure of gymnastics with the individuality of Parkour.
I have coached for BGC for 25 years and love it. Long may it continue!!
